We want you to love your pajamas, but if they aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached.

Register Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring the Desmond & Dempsey signature box is protected within a shipping mailer.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest collection point.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 10 business days.
